Davidson Fellows Scholarship

The Davidson Fellows Scholarship  awards $50,000, $25,000, and$10,000 scholarships to extraordinary young people, 18 and under, who have completed a significant piece of work.

Application categories are Mathematics, Science, Literature, Music, Technology, Philosophy, and Outside the Box.  Davidson Fellows are honored every year in Washington, D.C. with Congressional meetings and a special reception.

 

Intel Talent Search

Each year, more than 1,700 seniors attending American high schools conduct original research projects and present their work in the country’s oldest, most prestigious pre-college science competition: the Intel Science Talent Search, a program of Society of Science & the Public.  Forty of these young innovators are chosen as finalists and invited to participate in a nearly week-long event in Washington, D.C., where they compete for over $1.25 million in awards and scholarships.

 

Jack Kent Cooke

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation’s scholarships are designed to encourage and support outstanding students from 7th grade through graduate school who have a breadth of interests, work hard, demonstrate a strong will to succeed, and have financial need.

 

James T. Webb Scholarship – SENG

The James T. Webb Scholarship currently extends the opportunity for identified gifted and talented students from minority populations and their parents to participate in the SENG Annual Conference.  Students attend the program for children or teens.  Parents attend concurrent adult sessions.

The SENG Children’s Program provides an environment in which kids ages 8-13 can have fun while learning new skills, exploring new places, and engaging in activities with other gifted children from across the nation and other countries.

 

MENSA Education and Research Foundation Scholarships

The Mensa Education and Research Foundation  college scholarship program bases its awards totally on essays written by the applicants.  Consideration is not given to grades, academic program, or financial need.  The scholarship process begins September 15th and ends with the scholarship application deadline of January 15th.
